Task

Shoot a short dialogue film in the road movie genre: two characters, five lines. Golden hour on a Mediterranean mountain coast, warm sun, sea haze, the feel of a travel film. All designs original, nothing resembling known franchises.

How we did it

Frame. Krea 2 IntoRealism made the starting frame for each of the 11 shots, 3 min 20 s in all.
Motion. LTX 2.5 animated 6 shots without lines.
Speech and lips. MiniMax H3 made 5 shots with lines: the character speaks, the lips move in time. Video from both models together: 25 min 21 s.
One voice. Seed-VC brought each character's lines to one voice.
1080p and grade. SeedVR2 brought the shots up to 1080p, ffmpeg added the grade, grain and subtitles.

No Unreal: the model generates the frames directly. Everything ran locally on one RTX 5090.

Result

A 55 s film of 11 shots in 1080p, with subtitles. The full version is on the studio's PC and will appear on the portal later. Here are 5 clips of about 5 seconds, muted.
