Task
Shoot a short dialogue film in the historical epic genre: two characters, four lines. The winter steppe of the 17th century, an overcast sky, frost and breath steam, period costume. All designs original, nothing resembling known franchises.
How we did it
- Frame. Krea 2 IntoRealism made the starting frame for each of the 12 shots, 3 min 38 s in all.
- Motion. LTX 2.5 animated 8 shots without lines.
- Speech and lips. MiniMax H3 made 4 shots with lines: the character speaks, the lips move in time. Video from both models together: 25 min 51 s.
- One voice. Seed-VC brought each character's lines to one voice.
- 1080p and grade. SeedVR2 brought the shots up to 1080p, ffmpeg added the grade, grain and subtitles.
No Unreal: the model generates the frames directly. Everything ran locally on one RTX 5090.
Result
A 58 s film of 12 shots in 1080p, with subtitles. The full version is on the studio's PC and will appear on the portal later. Here is 1 clip of about 5 seconds, muted.

OstapThere are so many of them.
TarasThere are always many of them. Keep your eyes on my back, and your lance low.
OstapWe did it. We broke them.
TarasYou kept your lance low. Your father would be proud.
